Thank you for checking out my work! I've been photographing weddings, portraits, events, and more for over 15 years.

It all started with dual photography and communications degrees at Webster University.  In my last year of college I started my first paid photo gig: photographing live horse racing at Fairmount Park in Collinsville, Illinois.

After graduation, I went on to manage Vavak Photography, an established southern Illinois wedding and portrait studio. Later came solo shooting as a freelancer, which led to regularly photographing high-profile events throughout the St. Louis area. 

To date I've shot over a hundred weddings, several hundred events, many families, and countless other projects throughout St. Louis, Saint Charles, southern Illinois, and beyond. I am truly grateful for the opportunities and places that being behind the lens have taken me. 

My work is inspired by people and the bonds that connect them. I love to capture exactly what my clients envision through high-quality, professionally produced photography and design. I consider my style to be clean, comfortable, timeless portraiture that exudes love, drama, and connection.
